How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate will apply. Typically, shipping takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery. International shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate applies.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

For orders being shipped to locations where temperatures are expected to be 80°F (26°C) or higher, we strongly recommend adding a cold pack to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

  • If a cold pack is not chosen, Nyam Nyam Superfoods is not responsible for melted chocolate during transit, and you waive your right to a refund or replacement.

  • Cold Pack Fee: A small fee will be applied for the cold pack option at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery times, please contact us at hello@nyamnyamsuperfoods.com with your order details, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
