Return and Exchange Policy
At Nyam Nyam Superfoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
Refunds

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that perishable items, including opened or used food products, are not eligible for returns or refunds for safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your product, please reach out to us.

Melted Chocolate Due to Warm Weather: If your order is shipped to a location experiencing 80°F (26°C) or higher and a cold pack is not selected at checkout, you waive the right to a refund or exchange for melted chocolate.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us with a description and photo of the issue at hello@nyamnyamsuperfoods.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exchange Process: Once the defective or damaged item is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
